GENERAL POLICIES OF THE HOSTEL

The departure time is at 11 noon. Check-in time is 12 p.m.
All our guests must be registered at reception.
Access to the rooms is not allowed to visitors not registered at the reception.
If there is an extra person in the room, the value of the occupancy will be charged to the client's account.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception 24 hours in advance.
If you have any valuables (jewelry, money, personal computers, passports, tickets, etc.) please use our security locker service.

Volcano Hostal y Restaurante is NOT responsible for personal losses caused in the rooms.
No smoking in the rooms with the exception of outdoor areas.
Playing musical instruments, loud radios or televisions, or loud parties is prohibited.
Pets or ice baskets are not allowed in the rooms.
Other than designated suites, cooking is not allowed in rooms or balconies.
Any damage caused by guests to hostel property will be paid for by the guest.
The administration reserves the right to terminate the hosting contract if any of the above regulations is violated.

HOSTEL RESERVATIONS
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit or credit card number is required.
The deposit guarantees the confirmation of your reservation.
Please make your reservations through our online reservation form. We will send a confirmation of your reservation after receiving your information. Please provide the names of all people staying.

HOSTEL DEPOSIT
The deposit will be credited to your final hostel account when you check out.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS OF HOSTEL ROOMS
Alterations and cancellations of hostel rooms must be made in writing or via e-mail to hostal@volcanosadecv.com

CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to cancel your reservation, please take into consideration our formalities: Cancellations before 72 hours 100% refund in favor of the client. Cancellations between 72 to 24 hours are billed 50% of the value of one night's stay. Cancellations between 24 hours and 0 hours are billed 100% of the value of one night's stay.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
Reservations must be canceled by phone or via e-mail to the hostel directly. In either case, please obtain, record, and retain a cancellation number for your records. This is your insurance against incorrect billing.

Volcano Hostal y Restaurante adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our website. We have developed our privacy practices based on the parameters established by the American Association of Advertising Agencies and the National Association of Advertisers.

Since personal information is not required to access any part of our website, we do collect information voluntarily provided by our visitors. We provide security to protect your credit card information, name, address, email, and other personal information that you may provide in the reservation or contact sections of our website.

We use 40-bit class 3 encryption. This allows the use of the Secure Socks Layer, which is a data encryption method. This protects confidential information and financial data from interception and hacking.

If you have joined our mailing list, we may occasionally send you information or promotional materials regarding Volcano Hostal y Restaurante.
